Design and supervise a safe environment and positive treatment program. Establish and maintain a positive, strengths-based, developmentally appropriate therapeutic milieu that is in keeping with the values and clinical treatment philosophy of Community Treatment Solutions. Responsibility for meeting all administrative, legal and program specific requirements as mandated by all operating contracts including, but not limited to OOL, DCP&P and COA.
The Clinical Team Leader will oversee and coordinate all aspects of a resident’s clinical treatment program along with providing individual, family and group therapy in accordance with the treatment plan in concert with other treatment team members. Complete TF-CBT training. Participate in development and implementation of trauma specific trainings. Participate in development of trauma informed programs: parent education, trauma informed milieu activities, and staff education. Promote program development and service delivery consistent with current best practices for trauma specific treatment. Member of the Quality Improvement team for the homes and actively participate in QI activities including but not limited to satisfaction surveys, incident/accident review, program evaluation and record review. Promote program development and service delivery consistent with current best practices. Insure ongoing compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. In conjunction with house staff, medical/nursing personnel and school staff, develop a comprehensive and ongoing individual treatment plan for each house youth from the time of admission thorough discharge including a three-month aftercare program. Serve as the primary liaison with all community resources involved with each client. Lead residential staff participation in the intake and admissions process. Insure optimum family involvement in treatment planning and programming for each resident. Provide individual counseling to each resident a minimum of once per week. Provide family and group therapy as indicated in individual treatment plans. Facilitate and lead youth’s treatment team meetings. Maintain ongoing family contact. Maintain a caseload consistent with program standards. Provide case coverage for co-workers. Complete all Relias trainings annually. Attend weekly individual and/or group supervision necessary for clinical licensure within 2 years. Complete all necessary clinical documentation. Attend all clinical meetings. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Master’s Degree in social work, psychology or other closely related field. Possess or be eligible for the appropriate licenses and certifications, e.g.: LSW, LCSW, etc. Participate in a minimum of twelve hours of training per year and assist in the training of Community Treatment Solutions Staff.
