TEKsystems Brand Strategist in New Hyde Park, New York

Seeking a Brand Strategist to work with one of New York's largest employers!

Seeking candidates with prior agency/account management experience and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities:

Leads to establish standards, protocols, and best practices for retention and loyalty marketing campaign execution, and ongoing measurement and reporting of results.

Provides assistance in identifying key customers and determining their needs.

Oversees identifying and designing marketing messages to meet the needs of key customers.

Manages day-to-day relationships with outside vendors.

Directs vendors in development of creative and media strategies and execution as appropriate.

Utilizes database analysis and market research to direct marketing efforts.

Stays up-to-date on competitive threats, marketing trends and relevant regional and national retention and loyalty marketing programs.

Utilizes quantitative and qualitative market information to guide analysis of competitive and industry trends as related to designated business units.

Uses knowledge and skills to contribute to the development of functional objectives and principles to achieve goals in innovative ways. Problems addressed are of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
