Job Description

Provides strategic direction and oversight of financial operations processes and outcomes. Oversees revenue policies and procedures, including billing for revenue generation. Identifies and provides solutions for areas of high risk in the revenue cycle, documentation or billing practices.

Job Responsibility

  • Provides strategic advice and guidance to the Financial Operations function. Provides strategic direction and oversight of financial operations processes and outcomes.

  • Oversees budget development, financial reporting and systems management and drives business processes to improve efficiency and meet organization goals.

  • Oversees revenue policies and procedures, including billing for revenue generation.

  • Designs enterprise processes and lead process improvement initiatives with in finance.

  • Responsible for managing internal systems used for recording revenue and compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.

  • Identifies and provides solutions for areas of high risk in the revenue cycle, documentation or billing practices.

  • Provides insight into business performance by using business data and statistical methods and suggests area and methods of improving operations.

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

  • 10+ years of relevant experience and 2+ years of leadership / management experience, required.

  • Prior experience with Health Insurance Underwriting highly preferred.

The salary range for this position is $105,400-$183,000/year
