The role requires a strong technical background in chemistry, materials science, or related fields, along with hands-on experience in electroless plating technologies. The specialist will work closely with R&D teams, production, and customers to develop and refine plating processes that meet specific application requirements, ensuring high performance and quality.What will you be doing?Process Development:Develop and optimize electroless nickel plating processes to meet specific customer and application needs.Conduct experiments and tests to evaluate and improve plating solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve issues.Technical Support:Provide technical support to production teams.Assist in resolving customer issues.Conduct training sessions for internal teams and customers on electroless nickel technologies, process control, and best practices.Application Development:Collaborate with customers to understand their application requirements and develop tailored electroless nickel solutions.Evaluate the performance of electroless nickel coatings in various applications, such as corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and adhesion.Work closely with R&D teams in the development of new electroless nickel formulations and applications, keeping up with industry trends and advancements.Documentation & Reporting:Maintain detailed records of experiments, tests, and process development activities.Prepare technical reports, presentations, data packages, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.Monitor and report on the performance of electroless nickel processes, providing data-driven recommendations for improvements.Compliance & Safety:Promote and adhere to safety practices in all aspects of the job, particularly when handling chemicals and operating equipment.Who are You?Education:Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.Experience:3+ years of experience in electroless nickel plating or related surface finishing technologies.Hands-on experience with process development, opti
