Saint Theresa of New Hope Home Health Aide - Casual/On-Call in New Hope, Minnesota

We are seeking Home Health Aides to serve seniors with compassionate, supportive care at one of Minnesota's leading nonprofit senior housing and service providers. Rooted in history, Saint Therese of New Hope is our largest community. This care center has 168 skilled nursing beds for long-term and transitional care. In addition, the Residence at Saint Therese of New Hope houses 225 independent apartments and suites for assisted living and memory care. Responsibilities The Home Health Aide performs services for clients as directed to maintain the personal comfort and safety of the client. Additionally, this role will attend a minimum of four staff meetings annually and will maintain current CPR and First Aide Certification. Qualifications: Certified as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide in Minnesota (required) Previous one year experience working as a Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant (required) Flexibility to work variety of shift times (6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., 2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m., 10:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.) Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and make appropriate judgments.
