Description We are in search of a meticulous Accounts Receivable Manager to join our manufacturing team located in New Hope, Minnesota. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the accounts receivable department, collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction, and monitor client accounts for irregularities. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the accounts receivable department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate invoicing and high customer satisfaction

• Monitor client accounts for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities, taking appropriate action when necessary

• Stay abreast with industry legislation and regulations to ensure compliance within the department

• Implement and maintain internal control procedures to guarantee accurate financial transactions

• Prepare and present financial and budget reports to support informed decision making

• Recognize all revenue in line with guidelines and company policies

• Evaluate and recommend modifications to payment and credit policies as required

• Utilize accounting software systems, CRM, and ERP for efficient account management and data analysis. Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory

• Solid experience with ADP - Financial Services is required

• Familiarity with CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems is essential

• Demonstrable knowledge and experience with Accounting Functions

• Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) is a must

• Capable of effectively managing Billing Functions

• Experienced in overseeing Cash Activity in a busy environment

• Proven skills in Cash Handling are necessary
