Aston Carter Part-time Bilingual Human Resources Assistant in New Holland, Pennsylvania
Description:
This is a part-time, 20-25 hours a week position, with flexible hours. The HR Assistant will be performing administrative tasks to support the HR team.
Job Duties
Assist with the process of recruitment, including vetting candidates, scheduling, and assisting with interviews.
Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and onboarding.
Enter employee data into software platforms and spreadsheet management.
Use amazing interpersonal and organizational skills to complete administrative tasks and projects including filing, benefits administration, attendance tracking, etc.
Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative driven experience
Bilingual Spanish
High School Diploma or GED
Detail oriented and organized
Previous HR experience preferred
