Johnson Controls Manager - Service in New Delhi, India
Manages directly and through team leaders, the daily activities of a 24x7 technical environment providing intelligent remote monitoring and diagnostic services to prevent and/or mitigate potential failures. Establishes and maintains operational controls, checks and balances to ensure compliance with regulatory, internal and customer policies and procedures. Implements training programs as needed to ensure team members are knowledgeable of appropriate technologies and customers.
