Application Sales Manager – SA

WITHIN YOUR TEAM

Assesses potential application of company products to meet customer needs pre and/or post-sales and prepares detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products/applications/solutions in alignment with manufacturer stated specifications. Creates detailed design and implementation specifications for complex products/applications/solutions. Builds mini applications with process simulation, often requiring rapid software modeling and/or product demo/training (at conferences, seminars, trade shows, or customer sites) for customer. May assist with optimizing products to meet customer needs and workflow requirements.

WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Be the go-to person who is both technical and customer oriented by nature

  • Work closely with Sales to close opportunities

  • Understand the customers pain points and demonstrate value of Esko products

  • Actively take part in Demonstrating / implementation and training on Esko Software Solutions.

  • Achieve Customer confidence in the product / company through knowledge, timely responses and value selling.

Bonus points for experience with

  • Experience of using Esko Software’s

  • Understanding of ERP (SAP, Print MIS etc) / Graphics / 3D / Packaging Knowledge

  • Advanced User of Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO:

  • A bachelor’s Degree in Graphics \ Printing.

  • Who will focus on value selling while being technically convincing.

  • Must be good in speaking, writing, and understanding English in a global work environment.

  • Must possess strong analytical & Communication skills.

  • Must be fluent in speaking Hindi, any other regional language is a plus.

  • Should be able to guide and work along with channel partners to close deals.

  • Added advantage if knowledge of Printing and Packaging process is known.

  • Must have proven record of meeting customer satisfaction and on the field service.

  • Willingness to stretch extra to meet customer satisfaction and organizational goals.

  • Should be good in creating technical design documents and Scope of solution documents.

  • Should have basic understanding and experience in computer networking and large infrastructure IT management.

  • Experience – 5 + yrs

  • Location – Delhi (NCR)
