Aerotek Welding Lead in New Castle, Indiana

Job Title: Mig Welder/Welding Lead

Job Description

We have several immediate Mig Welder openings on 1st shift as well as a couple of welding lead roles. As the majority of the welding tasks in our facility are automated, your primary responsibility will be doing repair welds. All our products are carbon steel, but thin, and all equipment is wire fed. This is an entry-level production-based role with potential for growth.

Job Type

This is a full time position with overtime offered weekly.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in New Castle, Indiana.

Work Environment

You will be part of a large team in an automotive manufacturing facility. As we currently operate on two shifts from 5:30am-5:30pm Monday to Saturday, flexibility to work on weekends and up to 60 hours per week is crucial. The majority of our machines are robotic welders as the seats are all steel. Over 15 lines are run in total in the facility over 3 shifts. We will provide a shirt for you to wear, and you can wear a t-shirt, jeans (no rips/tears), and closed-toe shoes.
