Southern Glazer’s offers a competitive compensation package with a salary range of $60K - $65K/Year plus Incentives. This salary range is an average range for this position. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.

Overview

Responsible for significantly accelerating SGWS Proof eCommerce adoption by customers, and operationalizing CRM capabilities by implementing and reinforcing market level strategies and tactics.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Possess a deep working knowledge on all current digital enablement capabilities including SGWS Proof eCommerce, CRM functionality, and eCommerce activation; be a field Subject Matter Expert

  • Drive eCommerce success via leadership selling against trade channels and actively support the adoption efforts of sales consultants, area managers, and key account specialists within the wholesaler

  • Lead adoption and reinforcement of digital tools, processes, and capabilities by working with DBO, commercial field teams and customers across all trade channels

  • Monitor field implementation and execution of programs within the market to ensure growth and adoption of eCommerce

  • Give the customer a guided tour of SGWS Proof eCommerce focusing on the features and benefits that support their value proposition

Additional Primary Responsibilities

  • Address any concerns or comparisons to competing platforms or offerings

  • Consult customers and commercial field team to capture and analyze experiential feedback and business impact of new commercial systems and processes

  • Regularly interact with field management for updating priorities, standards and best practices leading to successful execution in the market

  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and two years of experience in beverage alcohol distribution

  • Understanding of B2B commerce and commercial sales processes

  • Strong change management and communications skills across multiple stakeholders and functions

  • Proficient in MS Office. (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Word)

Physical Demands

  • Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or mobile device.

  • Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping.

  • May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs.
