Digital Verification Technologies (DVT) division seeks highly qualified Software Development Engineer to work on Questa Verification Management flow as part of Verification IQ.

Main responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Questa Coverage & Verification Management team.

• Address the increasing complexity of customers’ designs by focusing on optimization, scalability, and performance of our engines.

• Gain insight into the challenges faced by verification engineers and work together to develop effective solutions.

• Develop features and resolve bugs in complex software applications while maintaining existing functionality.

Required skills, knowledge and experience

• B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or Computer Science.

• Demonstrated expertise in software design and architecture is required for the 3+ years position.

• Experience with software engineering best practices (testing, reviews and design documentation).

• Extensive knowledge of C, C++ , and OOP with experience in development on UNIX / Linux platforms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Solid skills in algorithms and data structures.

• Experience in HDL languages like VHDL and Verilog is a plus!

• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and share knowledge effectively with others.
