RWJBH is seeking a Registered Nurse in the Telemetry Float Pool at the New Brunswick campus. This is a part-time, night position (36 hours/week).
RWJ University Hospital is the primary teaching hospital of the RWJ Barnabas health system, and is one of just three Level 1 trauma centers in the state. Nurses in our float pool are highly valued, as they are able to provide extraordinary care to patients across all populations, including trauma, neurology, cardiology, orthopedics, and oncology. Nurses in the float pool demonstrate nursing expertise, flexibility, resilience, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and teamwork. Float pool nurses have proven to be a valuable resource, and we are increasing the size of our team to continue to provide our units with expert nurses.
Requirements/ Qualifications:
Active, valid NJ Registered Nurse license required.
BSN required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
ACLS required.
BMTU/ Oncology experienced RN required
Oncology or BMT Certification preferred
