Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Manager, Digital HR Learning Solutions within the Johnson & Johnson Global Services organization. This position can be located in New Brunswick, NJ, Tampa, FL, Bogota, Columbia, Prague, Czech Republic, Bangalore, India or Manila, Philippines. The position is eligible to participate in J&J Flex, working days both in the office and remote each week.

This individual will play a pivotal role in partnering with key stakeholders and enabling our future of learning in the digital HR ecosystem. This individual will be responsible for executing digital learning system strategies aligned with leadership priorities, partnering on the product roadmaps, and serving as the product owner and subject matter expert for applicable learning platforms and external training content providers. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that digital learning solutions meet the needs of our audience, streamlining learning administration, enhancing the learner experience, and ultimately improving training outcomes within the Johnson & Johnson organization. They will also partner with other Learn product owners and stakeholders to manage and troubleshoot integrations with external content providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as product subject matter expert and as the product owner designated learning platform(s)

  • Partnering Partner with our key stakeholders to understand the business strategy and ensure that the platform roadmap aligns with business strategy

  • Become the subject matter expert of platform features and capabilities; Consistently identify and execute opportunities for improvement across the learning ecosystem

  • Collaboration with Development Teams: Engage with development teams to communicate the product vision, ensure alignment, and participate in iterative development cycles.

  • Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is transparent, accessible, and understood by all stakeholders.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Learning and Development teams, subject matter experts, support teams, and IT, to gather requirements and determine the features that will deliver the most value.

  • User-Centered Design: Advocate for the needs of users by working with experience team in conducting research, gathering feedback, and utilizing analytics to inform product decisions and enhance the user experience. Collaborate with the Strategy and Business Architect team to shape platform UX enhancements.

  • Saas Vendor relationship management: Communicate effectively with the vendors or service providers, frequently collaborating to improve the relationship and maintain the quality of products and services.

  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate their effectiveness and efficiency, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.

  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they understand how to utilize the digital learning platforms effectively and efficiently. Collaborate with the Learn training strategist to shape training as new capabilities are released.

  • Vision and Strategy: Execute Learn’s vision and strategy. Collaborate with the Strategy & Innovation and Business Architect team to deliver new and existing capabilities.

  • Governance: Monitor standards and best practices and submit improvements. Perform regular audits to ensure platform users adhere to standards. Collaborate with governance team and ensure compliance of standards for new and existing capabilities.

  • Market Research: Stay informed of industry trends and competitor offerings, leveraging insights to enhance the product and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Education, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; master's degree preferred.

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably within the eLearning or technology sectors.

  • Strong understanding of Learning technologies including Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS), Learning Data Tools and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), Cohorting platforms Cornerstone OnDemand, Novoed, and Xyleme preferred.

  • At least 3 years of experience administering multi-tenant instance learning platforms for a large organization (100K+ employees) is required. LCMS (preferably Xyleme).

  • At least 3 years of experience strategically managing interactions and relationships with SaaS vendors.

  • Proficient in learning technology standards: SCORM requirements, sequencing rules, and content packaging.  

  • Skilled in instructional and/or experience design, learning technology, analytics and have a track record of leadership. 

  • Understanding and experience utilizing adult learning principles to build learning products, curriculum and offerings.

  • Proven ability to gather and shape business requirements to translate needs into strategy. 

  • Experience in the health care industry or working knowledge of health care regulations and training requirements is highly preferred.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to guide product decisions.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in an Agile environment, with experience in Agile methodologies and tools.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, and experience in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

For candidates based in the United States, the anticipated base pay range for this position is $99,000 - $170,200. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as health insurance, savings plan, pension plan, disability plan, vacation pay, sick time, holiday pay, and work, personal and family time off in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
