Minimum Education and Experience | * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field. * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in DEI training, HR, or a related field * Proven track record of designing and delivering successful DEI training programsPreferred Qualifications: * Strong understanding of DEI principles, issues, and best practices * Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills * Ability to create engaging and effective training materials * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities * Proficiency with e-learning platforms and training software * Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion * Culturally sensitive and able to work with diverse populations * Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines |

Overview | Essential Functions * Coordinate requested DEI-related trainings with the Rutgers Cancer Institute's Office of DEI * Work with faculty and staff leaders to identify learning needs and develop relevant educational content for their groups * Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive DEI training programs tailored to various audiences within the organization * Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, and formats to accommodate different learning styles * Create and update training materials, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules, as appropriate to requested training format (in-person, virtual, hybrid, etc.) * Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics * Continuously improve training content based on participant feedback and evolving DEI best practices * Ensure training programs comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies * Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress * Prepare and present reports on training outcomes and DEI initiatives to stakeholders |
