We are seeking a full-time Cardiac Surgeon at the Assistant Professor level in an Academic setting. Responsibilities include care of cardiothoracic patients, teaching of residents and medical students. The candidate will be expected to participate in clinical research. The appointee will also participate in the full spectrum of cardiac surgical practice. In addition, the appointee will have the opportunity to acquire skills in advanced techniques including minimally-invasive valve surgery and valve repair; aortic surgery; transplantation and mechanical support; robotics; and catheter-based approaches to aortic disease and valvular repair/replacement.
