Primary Responsibilities:
- Keep vehicle lot organized, safe and efficient
- Release sold/leased vehicles
- Receive, inspect, and park vehicles
- Prepare vehicles for service by internal service shops
- Prepare vehicles for shipment to vendors and customers
- Report damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement and record keeping purposes
- Perform lot inventories
- Deliver vehicles to customers, vendors and internal shops
- Cut and prepare decals for customer vehicles
- Order new vehicles
- Prepare and process all required sales documentation
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory
- Assist customers with inquiries related to vehicle sales
- Collaborate with the vehicle sales team
- Assist with marketing activities related to vehicle sales
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in material handling and warehouse operations
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and with outside vendors
- Self-motivated and can excel both independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and Outlook) is a plus
