TEKsystems OIC Integration Engineer in New Brighton, Minnesota
Description
This integrations engineer will specifically provide support key stakeholders across the organization, including being responsible building industry-leading, highly intuitive integration solutions. This role will design, develop, and implement robust integration solutions that meet the needs of the program and organization. This position will work closely with the platform team(s) to engage stakeholders across operating companies, corporate functions, and vendor partners to successfully deliver project objectives and outcomes within the selected systems.
Critical Responsibilities include:
• Manage and maintain OIC integration platform, ensuring stability, scalability, and reliability.
• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions that meet business and technical requirements and drive efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT professionals to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Build and maintain integrations between various systems, ensuring seamless communication and data flow.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and support for integration-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Offer expert guidance and best practices to the broader Technical Support team, assisting in critical and time-sensitive situations.
• Partner with development teams to enhance and optimize integration solutions, driving continuous improvement, scalability, and sustainability.
• Stay updated on emerging integration technologies and trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance our integration capabilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in integration engineering roles.
• Proficiency in middleware integration tools, specifically OIC
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality integration solutions on time and within budget.
• Experience working in a hybrid delivery model that spans time zones.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Experience supporting a large transformational program, ideally within a large enterprise environment

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00
