Job description

A-Lert Roof Systems is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this key role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium metal roofing products.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, trade shows, etc.

  • Develop and maintain a solid pipeline of prospective customers

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations highlighting our metal roofing benefits

  • Negotiate pricing and close sales while exceeding customer expectations

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer service

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets and goals

  • Maintain expert product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends

Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful B2B and/or B2C sales experience, preferably in construction/building materials

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities

  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial, hunter mindset

  • Ability to build rapport and nurture long-term customer relationships

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally

  • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
