This position reports to Order Execution ManagerYour role and responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for order management, customer communication, problem resolution, and follow through for the MOSD division in New Berlin, ensuring the customer receives great customer service experience. You will be responsible for all activities of the Order to Cash process and work with other internal functions to provide responses to customer requests while also anticipating future needs. The work model for the role is: #LI - Hybrid This role is contributing to the Motion System Drives Division in New Berlin, WI area. You will be mainly accountable for: *Manage order management related transactions with a high degree of accuracy including but not limited to sales orders, project orders, debit/credit memos, payment disputes, and delivery schedules using SAP, SalesForce, and other tools as required. *Improve existing customer relationships by forming deep understanding of client requirements and expectations. Provide positive customer experience by delivering world class customer care and order management, taking ownership of key accounts. *Respond promptly to inquiries, especially when critical issues arise, demonstrating urgency and the ability to influence actions across functions to best serve the customer. Foster teamwork and emotional intelligence by supporting team members and building collaborative relationships across functions to enhance customer service. **Develop creative and proactive solutions to day-to-day and event-based problems. Lead lean process improvement efforts by participating in continuous improvement projects. Engage in solutions to process challenges.
