We are seeking a highly dependable and motivated dispatcher to join our team. You will work closely with the sales team to communicate all aspects of the daily pick up and deliveries. This position requires excellent communication skills, ability to problem solve, and attention to detail. Job Duties: Utilize our transportation software to effectively hire carriers after reviewing, using company policies and procedures Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities Effectively communicate any issues or changes in pick up/delivery statuses Multitask while prioritizing daily tasks Ensure completion of all deliveries with proper documentation Must be dependable Benefits: PTO, Health Insurance, IRA Plan, Bonuses, and Incentives
