Night Shift role 7 PM-7 AM with Overtime

An Assistant Superintendent is needed for a renowned construction organization. The Superintendent will play a pivotal role in a highly collaborative construction environment, taking ownership and providing leadership onsite throughout all project phases. Your primary responsibilities encompass executing contract requirements, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and fostering a culture of integrity and development among project associates.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of commercial construction experience and demonstrate a strong ability to collaborate effectively. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential, along with outstanding communication and time management abilities. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity with potential monthly living expenses for non-local candidates.

responsibilities:

• Execute construction contract requirements efficiently

• Lead and support project safety, schedule, and quality standards

• Provide oversight for on-site workforce

• Coordinate daily scope and inspect installed work

• Assign team responsibilities and foster collaboration

• Manage project site logistics and activities organization
