This position acts as focal point within the Quality Systems & Excellence Group for Quality System related topics and Quality Excellence initiatives and drives forward continuous improvement.

Further, the position comprises of activities related to digitalization, the use of effective and up-to date IT-Tools for the communication and exchange in a hybrid working environment with employees located in two countries.

The training and implementation of applicable SMS methods and tools is also part of the position. Further, it comprises of close collaboration with other business functions and methodological approaches for deployment of tools, processes and procedures in alignment with the Quality System

requirements.

Responsibilities:

· Organization and follow-up of workshops to drive forward the continuous improvement at internal level and with CMOs

· Implement and train new IT-Tools to improve the exchange and communication in a hybrid environment e. g. Klaxoon, iObeya

· Implement applicable SMS methods and tools and perform trainings e. g. Implementation of GPS³

· Be responsible for the KPI reporting process within Quality & Regulatory

· Support in case of questions regarding cross functional tasks / projects

· Support the creation of regular reportings, e. g. master files for the different Quality Systems

Processes for the Clusters:

· Align with other Excellence and positions within EM CHC Europe and beyond

· Coordinate trainings for processes and tools in the scope of the job activities

· Support the Quality Assurance and Excellence head for specific activities and projects

· Support the Quality Systems team on request and in alignment with the functional leader

· Supports the process to demonstrate efficiency of the Quality System
