Work as Project Manager and participate in design & build of solution enhancements. You will doing performance monitoring and work on change management.

Main responsibilities

• Run weekly meetings for Trax with the supplier as well some key markets.

• Track key actions for solution improvement and key market risks.

• Participate in operational meeting for OCE to ensure key market risks are addressed and tackled effectively.

• Plan and own the agenda for global operational reviews with country digital leads and community calls with markets.

• Participate in design workshops to analyze & prioritize business requirements to implement in OCE or Trax

• Ensure all build sprints are completed smoothly and markets are clear on expectations.

• Support end to end solution testing to ensure requirements are executed in the solution effectively.

• Monitor adoption and other key KPI's on Trax & OCE to ensure the solutions are running smoothly.

• Track tickets to confirmed critical issues are resolved promptly and fixes are communicated in a timely fashion.

• Design communication material to generate excitement within markets about the new digital solutions.

• Support training and playbook creation to ensure end users are comfortable utilizing all the features available in OCE & Trax

About you

• Bac+5 in Digital/IT at a Business School, Engineering School or University.

• An initial experience in a commercial/sales role or digital/IT function

• Competent in analysis and synthesis of data

• Excel & Powerpoint

• Strong interest in designing and implementation of innovative digital solutions

• Dynamic, results-oriented individual with a "hands on" style.

• Pro-active, curious and eager to learn

• Ability to converse easily in English with non-French speakers.
