Arby's Shift Manager in Neptune City, New Jersey
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Shift Manager to oversee all shift operations, including welcoming and serving customers. An ideal candidate is eager to learn, has open availability, and a positive attitude. No experience is required - if you are the right fit for the job, we will train you.
Quick service restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
Delegate tasks to restaurant staff and supervise their performance
Help staff resolve on-the-job challenges
Balance the cash register at the end of the shift
Ensure client satisfaction and gracefully handle any complaints
Open or close the restaurant (when responsible for the first or last shift)
Report maintenance and training needs
Skills
Availability to work different shifts, including weekends
A customer service approach with the ability to manage complaints with professionalism
Excellent organizational skills
Team management abilities
