Tri-County Career Center Carpentry & Life Skills Instructor in Nelsonville, Ohio
Qualifications: Career-technical certification or licensure to teach Construction Trades at the high school level, or the ability to earn a license to teach (five years of full-time current experience in field, a high school diploma and willingness to take college classes). Experience with all facets of residential construction. Good communication skills with experience training individuals in the trade. Knowledge of field. Responsibilities: Instruct 11th and 12th grade students in Construction/Carpentry and related activities to prepare them for work or further education in the field. Provide leadership for student youth organization, SkillsUSA. Instruct Life Skills courses. Other duties as assigned. Starting Date: Remainder of the 2024-2025 School Year
Work Schedule: 7.1 hours per day (remainder of 2024-2025 school Year)
