Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY

The Physician and Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) Recruitment Liaison acts as a liaison between Physician & APC candidates and the Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) before, during and following the interview process. This individual participates in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with MCHS Physicians & APCs, MCHS leadership and contacts in the community particularly as they relate to recruitment and retention.

This position requires occasional onsite work at various MCHS locations.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.

Minimum Required: Proficient in analytical thinking, problem-solving, writing/communicating to a variety of audiences, and excellent organizational skills in addition to one of the following :

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, health administration, communications or other related fields, and Two years’ experience in customer service, sales, physician recruitment, onboarding, human resources, and/or public relations or;

  • Associate’s degree (or 60 post high school degree credits) in healthcare, business, program administration or related field, and Six years’ experience in customer service, sales, physician recruitment, onboarding, human resources, and/or public relations.

  • High School Diploma, and Ten years’ experience in customer service, sales, physician recruitment, onboarding, human resources, and/or public relations.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES

The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position. Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position.

Minimum Required: Valid State of Wisconsin driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Preferred/Optional: Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP) certification from the Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment (AAPPR).
