Description:

This position is similar to a machine operator, but a lot of the work that they'll be doing is custom tube bending (could be a square tube, solid bar, or round tubes). Need to have a good attention to detail (anyone that has done quality checks in a metal shop or kept inventory somewhere would do well in this role).This is a very repetitive role where once the machine is setup to cut the tubes to specific lengths they'll repeat the process multiple times before doing a change over.

Preferred:

Ability to be on their feet for 12 hour shifts.

Previous experience with measuring (could be anything from a 2x4 or from shop class in high school).

Candidate who has worked in a shop environment before

Someone who has previous machine operation experience

Someone who has operated a saw

Experience Level:

Intermediate Level
