JOB REQUIREMENTS: Prepress Manager - 19436 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Requisition #: 19436 Functional Area: Pre-Press; Manufacturing; Printing Employment Type: Full-Time Work Options: In Office at Location Specified Above #LI-Onsite Work Hours: 6:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Position Summary This leadership position in our Manufacturing area is responsible for leading thePrepress team to consistently achieve business results and to ensure internal/external customer/client service expectations are fulfilled. This is an onsite role. Job Responsibilities * Leads, develops and coaches team: * Provides clear expectations, feedback and recognition * Participates in the hiring/selection process * Writes and conducts performance evaluations and progress reports * Handles associate relations issues * Delivers results in line with the following key metrics/accountabilities: * Safety * Quality * Productivity * Cost control * Budget control * Associate retention * Serves as a point of contact for the Prepress area with other areas (i.e. Marketing, Sales, Portfolio,E-Commerce, and Content) to organize and prioritize work requests. * Manages the output of the ELP poster line of products and related digital print. * Carries out responsibilities in a fair, ethical and non-discriminatory manner and ensures that staff follows these same guidelines. * Manages expenses in line with departmental budgets and corporate business conditions. * Enforces and supports all company policies and procedures. Other Skills/Qualifications : * Must be proficient in the use of a PC and MS Office Suite. * Knowledge of Electronic Publishing and Content Management Systems. * Ability to develop and implement growth plans and programs. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Desktop publishing knowledge and technical expertise. Physical Requirements Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time.
