JOB REQUIREMENTS: Excellent temp to hire position working as a Machine Maintenance Helper! Our Neenah client is a growing company that converts rolls of paper into reams along with various stationary, tablets and colored reams of paper especially for local school districts. Responsibilities: Responsible for keeping all machinery running including the quality of the plant\'s efficiency Will be learning operations of all machines Keep current on any preventative and routine maintenance that is needed on all machines Observing the mechanical devices in operation and listening to its sounds in order to locate causes of the issue Adjusting of functional parts of machine devices and control instruments Repairing or replacing defective parts Installing parts into devices including lubrications and cleaning of parts Testing devices for start up performance Setting up and operating lathes, drill presses, grinders, welders and other miscellaneous metal working tools in order to make or repair parts Communicating with machine operators and foreman regarding issues with their machines Collaborating with vendors for orders needed for spare parts Keeping in touch with Production Managers and Vice President regarding machine issues and/or needs Responsible for shop organization and general housekeeping Additional duties as assigned such as changing light bulbs within the plant and building maintenance General Information: Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday Length: Temp to Hire Pay: \$24.00 Location: Neenah Job ID: 200792 If you are interested, apply online at www.flexstaff.com or send your resume to appleton@flexstaff.com.
