EMEA Graduate program - Junior Site manager
Will you soon graduate and aspire to a permanent contract with a world leader in the construction and maintenance of transport infrastructure ?
As part of a permanent contract, you will start your career in our group through our EMEA Graduate Program.
For 2 years, you will first be coached by our experienced trainers in the field and immediately apply the theory in practice.
In this program you’ll work in 3 countries, you’ll start working in Belgium for 6 months. After this period you’ll go for 1 year to another country and the last 6months will be in a third country.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
As Site Manager, you are responsible for the organization of one or more construction sites/projects. You are responsible for the work preparation, the analysis of specifications and plans and making responsible choices in the execution of the project and the planning of both personnel and equipment. In consultation with the purchasing department, as site manager you are involved in the purchasing policy and the choice of any subcontractors.
You are also responsible for the entire technical and financial monitoring of the construction site in progress. You ensure that the works are carried out according to the safety, quality and environmental requirements and that the sites are delivered within the predetermined planning and budget.
Profiel
You have a Bachelor/Master's degree, Civil Engineering.
You speak fluently Dutch and English (French is a plus) and have a good knowledge of MS Office programs
Strong communication and leadership skills and team spirit are crucial.
You are stress-resistant, flexible and have a sense of responsibility.
You think customer-oriented, are organizationally strong and have a sense of responsibility.
You have a driving license B
