Rober Half Talent Solutions has partnered with an industry-leading organization as they look for an Accounting Clerk (AP-focused) to join their team. As the successful candidate, you will play a key role in the success of the accounting function as you:

• Assist with daily accounting tasks, from data entry to invoice processing.

• Manage accounts receivable billing and collections, ensuring timely payments.

• Handle accounts payable invoices and payments with accuracy.

• Oversee credit card administration and conduct regular reconciliation.

• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

• Work both independently and as part of a team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will likely possess:

• 2+ years' AP experience

• Additional experience/exposure to other areas of accounting

• A customer service approach & attitude
