Position Summary/Description:
This position is located in the Philosophy Department within the College of Arts and Sciences. The successful candidate will be expected to teach six courses per year, five of which will fall under UNC’s Communicating Beyond Carolina ( CBC ) general education requirement. CBC courses aim to prepare students to persuasively convey knowledge, ideas, and information to a variety of audiences across different mediums and to promote careful listening, effective communication, and collaboration.
