Essential Job Functions:

• Partner with business leaders to collect and maintain accurate inventory of software license in SAM tool

• Develop, prepare and distribute reports for software compliance, inventory, license counts, utilization rates and financial data to key internal stakeholders

• Manage software asset assignments, redistributions and cancellations across the enterprise. This will include communicating changes to license assignments with third-party vendors

• Develop and implement an internal SAM audit process to ensure software is being used in respect to the terms and conditions of executed Agreements

• Continuously identify cost savings and cost avoidance opportunities

• Lead license optimization process to balance the number of licenses purchased with the utilization rate of the application

• Partner with Procurement to ensure expiring Agreements are renewed after license optimization efforts occur and are reviewed with internal stakeholders

• Other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Mid-level professional with 2-4 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level role or external equivalent.

• 3-5+ years of experience managing software licenses preferred

• Strong understanding of the software asset management lifecycle

• Ability to be self-directed and resourceful as well as handle multiple tasks with effective follow through and initiative

• Good analytical skills and an understanding and use of technical tools such as Excel and PowerPoint for analyzing, reporting, forecasting and presenting procurement and contract related data

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• High ethical standards

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

₹1.00 - ₹1.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.
