Naval Supply Systems Command SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in Naval Station Complex, California

Summary You will serve as a Supervisory Management & Program Analyst in the Business Services Division of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR SAN DIEGO. Responsibilities You will serve as the head of the Administrative Branch and key advisor to the Commanding Officer and upper management on Administrative matters. You will analyze and manage the efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity of the NAVSUP FLCSD administration, command directives, forms, records management, and Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) Program. You will manage and provide internal administrative operation programs, analyze, evaluate, improve efficiency and provide recommendations for a variety of management services. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS - 11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing the efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity of the NAVSUP FLCSD administration, command directives, forms, records management, and Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) Program. 2) Participating in regular meetings with management that address administrative issues, problem solutions, and providing recommendations that evaluate the effectiveness and improvement of operating programs. 3) Having a knowledge of procedures required in the requisition of supplies, services, and equipment using the Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) Program. 4) Using automated systems to process and monitor financial transactions including Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) procurement system, US Bank and Insight on Demand access, NAVSUP Procurement Tracker tool, and Procurement Intergrated Enterprise Environment.
