Responsibilities You will receive and process customer service requests for maintenance and repair of physical facilities by telephone or email. You will use computerized asset management systems to create work orders. You will review email requests from the Regional Call Center (RCC) inbox and assign them to Call Center Agents on duty. You will review work performed by the Call Center Agents and forward any problems or concerns to the Lead Program Analyst for action. You will evaluate requests and determine if it should be categorized as planned, unplanned, routine, urgent or emergency work. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Receiving and processing service requests; 2) Dispatching work orders and following up on completion of work; 3) Classifying the status of all unplanned service request; 4) Entering work orders into MAXIMO to ensure the methods used are technically accurate and in compliance with established instructions, methods, procedures, and deadlines; and 5) Reviewing reports for problems, errors or missing data and validating processed work orders. GS-06: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Assisting with receiving and processing customer service requests for maintenance and repair of physical facilities; 2) Using Microsoft Office Suite programs to create/generate reports; and 3) Assisting with validating processed work orders.
