Naval Medical Command ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS SPECIALIST in Naval Medical Center, California

Summary You will serve as a ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVNESS SPECIALIST in the COMMAND EVALUATION INTEGRITY DEPARTMENT of NMRTC SAN DIEGO CA. Responsibilities You will conduct hotline investigations. You will conduct non-appropriated and some appropriated fund command evaluation reviews. You will assist with DFWP with audit and inspection. You will order and maintain office supplies. You will serve as member to all audit and inventory boards. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications In order to qualify for this position, your resume must provide sufficient experience and/or education, knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the specific position for which you are being considered. For the GS-11 your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: - Experience planning, directing and coordinating difficult and complex evaluations and/or investigations internal to the Command and externally to other agencies' requirements. - Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships supervisors, managers. - Experience coordinating with coworkers, subordinates and higher echelon activities with BUMED, DOD and Navy Audit Service. - Experience working on complex and controversial issues. - Experience designing and conducting comprehensive evaluations, investigations, and inspections, and preparing solutions to especially broad, important and serious management problems. - Experience presenting oral and written presentations clearly and concisely to gain acceptance of recommendations and/or positions of a controversial nature. - Experience planning, directing and coordinating urinalysis collections for drug testing. For the GS-09 your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
