Job Title – Network Planning Engineering Specialist

Job Location – New Delhi, India

This role is supporting the Network Engineering Team handling Design, Integration, Level 3 Support and Implementation for new tasks and improvement activities.

What the role will involve

The responsibilities of your role will include the following:

  • Providing solution and design, based on customer requirements

  • Design and configuration support for any changes in the existing Network as part of Improvement or Bug fixing

  • Integration, configuration and testing for offering timely delivery of services to customers

  • Telco Link quality testing for new telcos to ensure the telco meeting MSA

  • Technical documentation for any changes or new deployment in production Network

  • DC management of Network devices

  • BOQ, technical estimates for new task orders

  • Configurational changes, upgrades for bug fixing

  • Provide Level 3 Support for the incident escalated from Level 2 team

    What you’ll bring

    The role requires the following experience and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5+ years of experience in Design and Implementation

  • CCNP Certified in Routing and Switching

  • CCIE Certified in Routing and Switching (preferred, but not essential)
