Duties & Responsibilities:

 Build commercial quality learning content using industry-accepted instructional design processes through traditional and future-forward learning solutions. Develop webinar content for instructors and learners such as infographics, job aids, facilitator guides, presentation decks, etc. Support our self-paced learning efforts by creating and updating eLearning courses (desktop/mobile delivery), blended learning programs, video, audio-based training, digital adoption tools, and email communications to reach our audience effectively. Perform needs analysis and effectively communicate development requirements and progress to all levels within the organization for transparency and accountability. Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, business sponsors, and immediate team to gather information, analyze, and determine the most appropriate and effective learning methods. Translate complex information to clear, practical, and engaging learning resources to meet desired learning objectives. Continuously assess training effectiveness and impact and recommend adjustments. May participate in system administration and course maintenance, such as Learning Management System (LMS)

 

Requirements

: 4-7 years of experience designing training for adult audiences in a professional environment (commercial or corporate). Instructional design certificate from an industry recognized organization preferred. Information Mapping/DocuTools Certification preferred. Experienced in instructional design theory and/or learning principles (ADDIE, ARCS, Bloom's, etc.) Demonstrated critical thinking to review and analyze data. Strong training project management skills with an emphasis on needs analysis, scope, time estimations, tracking, and execution on both long-range projects and immediate tasks. Proficient in graphic/user interface/interactive design
