Magnolia Bluffs Casino LLC Food & Beverage Supervisor in Natchez, Mississippi
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Scheduling employees for assigned areas.
- Recommend, document and issue discipline.
- Ensures accurate record keeping, prepares, reviews, and analyzes reports.
- Responsible for direct supervision and training of staff.
- Responsible for assignment of personnel as needed.
- Assists with implementing and conducting orientation, training and evaluation programs for all personnel.
- Ensures the highest level of customer service according to ensure standards of quality.
- Complies with set pars to ensure acceptable F&B costs.
- Implements merchandising techniques; keeps departmental labor cost on an acceptable level.
- Adheres to established Food & Beverage policies, labor regulations and liquor laws.
- Relays all guest compliments/complaints to Manager of Food & Beverage.
- Responsible for maintaining employee records and making recommendations for promotions.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining positive, fair and consistent treatment of all Food and Beverage personnel.
- Monitors and prepares timecards and payroll records on a daily basis.
- Maintains confidentiality with regard to employee concerns and sensitive department information.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Promotes outstanding customer relations.
EDUCATION: College Degree or equivalent preferred. ABC Certified/TIPS Certified/Serve Safe Manager Certification.
EXPERIENCE: Three (3) years restaurant experience in a supervisory capacity required, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with P.O.S. Systems; PC related systems preferred. Must possess thorough working knowledge of front and back of the house policies and procedures.
Other:
- Able to lift and carry 30 lbs. occasionally.
- Able to stand and walk for 6-8 hours.

Casino employees may be required to obtain a Mississippi Gaming License. Cost of license is covered by Saratoga Casino Holdings, LLC. Travel to Jackson, MS will be mandatory for this licensing process.
