Mississippi Employer 2nd Shift Supervisor - Textiles in Natchez, Mississippi
We are searching for a supervisor who will manage our operators and technicians from 3pm-11pm Monday through Friday.
Responsibility must be evident as one of your driving characteristics.
You will be responsible for tracking the operation of all our machines of production during the shift.
You will be on the floor for the whole shift and travel between the departments to perform checks of on-task performance.
You will be expected to learn operation of each machine, and must be able to step in to maintain optimal production.
We look for your ability to lay out employees appropriately on our machines, to best suit the shift's needs.
Conscious awareness of your surroundings and conscientious decision-making will be the nature of your objective. Consistent goals of production need to be reached, and your leadership over your team will elementally affect how the numbers add up.
You will send an update to management at the end of every shift reporting on the status of production, the machines, and the employees.
