Overview

We are looking for a VP Value Based Strategy and Partnerships to join our team. This position is responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing oversight of value-based partnerships or contracts across the palliative care division. They will work closely with the clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders throughout the division to develop sustainable contracting approaches, model the potential impacts of any contracting opportunities, and assist in monitoring their performance. This role will report to the President of Palliative Care and Advanced Illness Management.

About You

• 10 years’ health related industry and job-related experience preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Economics, or related field required

• Have a deep understanding of, and develop expertise in, all value-based payment and partnership models

• Excellent presentation skills for both clinical and non-clinical audiences

• Strong critical thinking skills, including the ability to simplify complex strategic and financial concepts for a variety of audiences
