Actalent is seeking a Test Technician in the Nashville, TN area!

Description:

• Will be setting up tests, performing tests, gathering data and analyzing and communicating back to designers

• Will be testing new and current products as well as customers parts

• Testing parts like filters, pumps, heat pumps, gas heaters, and compressors

• Designs test setups and execute tests incorporating equipment such as flow meters, pressure transducers, vacuum transducers, voltmeters, and computerized test equipment where applicable

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have min of 2 year degree - prefer Engineering Technology Degrees

• 4 Year Engineer preferred - someone that comes from mechatronics would be nice / more mechanically inclined person to identify mechanical issues with the prototypes

• Competent and comfortable with intermediate mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic principles

• Strong aptitude and experience with the testing and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical equipment
