Description Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technology Project Manager to lead critical technology initiatives across software, applications, or infrastructure development. This role requires a proven leader who can manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, driving innovation and delivering measurable results. As a Technology Project Manager, you will work closely with directors, hiring managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure project success, while overseeing budgets, timelines, and deliverables. This role is ideal for someone who understands the importance of aligning business goals with technology solutions and has expertise in the software, applications, or infrastructure space.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of multiple technology projects across software, applications, or infrastructure. Collaborate with hiring managers, directors, and other key stakeholders to align project priorities with business objectives. Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Oversee project teams, ensuring effective communication, task delegation, and progress tracking. Lead efforts in recruiting and onboarding specialized tech talent for project execution in collaboration with hiring teams. Implement project management best practices while maintaining compliance with company and industry standards. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and develop strategies to address challenges or roadblocks. Optimize processes for deploying software applications or enhancing infrastructure systems, driving efficiency and scalability. Report on project outcomes, timelines, and budget performance to stakeholders and leadership. Stay current with emerging trends in technology and recommend innovative solutions to enhance project delivery. Requirements Qualifications:Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in technology project management for software, applications, or infrastructure. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (master’s degree a plus). Certifications: Project Management detail oriented (PMP), Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications preferred. Proven ability to manage complex projects involving cross-functional teams and budgets. Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), agile methodologies, and IT infrastructure best practices. Expertise in one or more focus areas, including software and applications development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or systems architecture. Familiarity with key tools and platforms, such as Jira, Microsoft Project, AWS, or other infrastructure-as-a-service tools. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-suite executives, directors, and technical teams. A strategic problem-solver with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
