Job Title: Site Manager

Job Description

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing shift schedules, adjusting staffing levels, and coordinating with HR for coverage. You will ensure smooth daily operations, address process bottlenecks, and collaborate with various teams. In this role, you will train and onboard new agents, monitor team performance, and provide ongoing coaching. Additionally, you will review and approve weekly hours for payroll accuracy, handle escalated customer issues, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and manage the use of PPE. You will also submit weekly operational reports and oversee the availability and maintenance of necessary equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage shift schedules, adjust staffing levels, and coordinate with HR for coverage.

  • Ensure smooth daily operations, address process bottlenecks, and collaborate with various teams.

  • Train and onboard new agents, monitor team performance, and provide ongoing coaching.

  • Review and approve weekly hours for payroll accuracy, and monitor overtime compliance.

  • Handle escalated customer issues and system-related problems, and escalate when necessary.

  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and labor laws, and manage the use of PPE.

  • Submit weekly operational reports on performance, staffing, and challenges.

  • Oversee the availability and maintenance of necessary equipment and supplies.

Essential Skills

  • 3+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in operations or customer service roles.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with experience managing shift schedules and workforce needs.

  • Technical proficiency with mobile devices (iPads) and communication tools (Slack, email).

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capability to coach and mentor a diverse team.

  • Experience with performance management, KPI tracking, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment, including standing for long periods and performing vehicle inspections.

  • Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on customer service.

You will work in a fast-paced, physical environment that may require standing for long periods and performing vehicle inspections. The role involves the use of mobile devices (iPads) and communication tools (Slack, email).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of NA, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
