OCI Infrastructure Capacity Management is currently in need of a Senior Principal Technical Program Manager to join our fast-growing team. The TPM will be responsible for managing complex, cross-organizational programs that impact both product and business for OCI. In addition, this specific role requires a passion for solving high-impact problems and the ability to jump into any in-flight project and get it on the rails. Additionally, the role will be required to effectively communicate status at an executive level and suggest changes to use company resources more efficiently.
Specific responsibilities for this role include:
Drive critical cross-org programs
Work across various service teams to determine feasibility and timelines
Provide technical leadership, but not line management of cross functional teams
Organize cross-org activities ensuring completion of projects on schedule and within budget constraints.
Mentor junior program managers
Basic Qualifications
10+ years relevant work experience in program/project management
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant
Able to identify and resolve process, procedure, and tool gaps to improve overall program success
Outstanding proactive communication skills: written, verbal, presentations
High ownership with a strong bias for action
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud services, networking, or SaaS products
Understanding of demand signals, supply chain, and/or capacity delivery is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex problems considering various technological and business factors
Flexibility to shift with business priorities, and unrivaled attention to detail
Experience with cloud services, networking, or SaaS products
Ability to think broadly and strategically
Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills
Self-driven problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment
Drive a culture of using data insights to help drive decision-making
Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $104,100 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
