Job Summary and Qualifications:

The Senior Marketing Compliance Specialist supports HCA’s digital products - including 500+ consumer-facing websites, social media channels and digital touch points - conform to applicable state and federal regulations and internal policies. The candidate will work collaboratively across multiple business units and departments to provide tactical support of marketing compliance across digital platforms.
What you will do in this role:
Collaborate with stakeholders, departments, and business units to ensure compliance with all applicable internal policies and standards as well as applicable state and federal laws
Lead and communicate on compliance projects and initiatives
Create and execute audit processes and conduct analysis to determine appropriate remedies
Suggest and execute mitigation efforts to address and resolve operational risks
Coordinate DSR process for the marketing service org
Oversee compliance website updates with appropriate departments
Develop and provide compliance related education and training
Create and maintain marketing data privacy documentation including: data and information collection procedures, regulation summaries, workflows, best practices, and governance.
Review and audit websites to ensure compliance on digital properties
Consult with stakeholders to document business requirements and create implementation plans for compliance projects and initiatives
Produce monthly and ad hoc reporting on data privacy and compliance program
Consult with vendor partners on compliance requirements
Other tasks as assigned by the Director, Digital Accessibility and Compliance.
What qualifications you will need:
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of experience preferred
Knowledge and experience with digital technologies and systems required
Knowledge of data privacy regulation such as CPRA and GDPR; basic healthcare privacy and compliance laws, regulations, and requirements
International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) or willingness to acquire CIPP/US certification within one year preferred
Experience in program development/implementation
Ability to initiate and maintain cross-team relationships
Effective written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated ability to effectively and independently coordinate projects to completion
