Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in all aspects of real estate transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and organizing documents such as deeds, leases, purchase agreements, and title documents.

• Conduct thorough title and survey reviews, coordinate closings, and ensure proper recording of real estate documents.

• Perform due diligence, including researching property records, liens, zoning, and other real estate matters.

• Manage closing checklists, prepare closing binders, and coordinate post-closing follow-up.

• Assist with the preparation of documents for commercial and residential real estate transactions, including financing documents.

• Conduct legal research and assist with regulatory compliance related to real estate matters.

• Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documents are up to date and easily accessible.
