Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Program Manager to oversee and manage multiple projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. The Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

· Work directly with cross-functional teams managing priorities and overseeing agile processes and procedures.

· Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

· Communicate project status updates, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and leadership.

· Lead regular project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-mortem reviews.

· Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.

· Foster a collaborative team environment, providing guidance and support to project team members.

· Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement or optimization.

· Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible for future reference.

· Stay current with industry trends and best practices in program management.

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; PMP certification preferred.

· Proven experience managing complex projects or programs from initiation to completion.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional team

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

· Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

· Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.

· Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve and make data-driven decisions.

· Experience working in a technology or software development environment is a plus.

· Prior experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies is desirable.
