Position Summary

Are you a strategic thinker passionate about driving operational excellence? We're seeking a dynamic Program Manager to revolutionize our Procure to Pay (P2P)

and Accounts Payable (AP) Service Line. As a key player in our Service Line Transformation team, you'll collaborate closely with leadership to craft a high-impact project portfolio. By harnessing data, fostering innovation, and leading cross-functional teams, you will transform our P2P operations. This is your chance to build a Center of Excellence, mentor project managers, and leave a lasting impact on our organization.

Responsibilities

Project Management:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor projects on time and within budget.

  • Identify and address project risks.

  • Ensure projects align with business goals.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

  • Communicate project progress and updates effectively.

Service Line Expertise:

  • Understand the service line's operations and goals.

  • Identify opportunities to improve service line performance.

Strategy and Analysis:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service line efficiency.

  • Measure project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead and motivate project teams.

  • Foster collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Typically requires a minimum of 12 working years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years of experience; or equivalent work experience

  • 7 years experience in a P2P and Accounts Payable function

  • Prior experience leading projects in a PM function

  • Prior AP vendor management experience

Nice to Have:

  • PMP or related certification
